As the director of the Miss Anchorage Scholarship Program, Angela’s mission is to help young ladies reach their education goals and encourage them to serve their community. Honored to be a part of such an amazing organization, she hopes to continue to grow this program and empower girls and women throughout the state. As a former Ms. Alaska United States and pageant contestant she understands the importance of skills learned through pageantry.
She is an active volunteer in the Anchorage community, serving on the Associate Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society, the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Committee and is also the director of Alaska Miss Amazing, a program for girls and women with special needs.
As a life-long Alaskan, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, hiking and camping adventures, the occasional shoe purchase and she would never turn down a cup of coffee!
